Carbondale Community Friday Night Fair
VENDOR INFORMATION:

1. Priority will be given to vendors with locally or regionally produced products and services.
2. Pricing is not regulated. All vendors are encouraged to work together regarding prices.
3. Space, electricity, advertising, marketing and staff compensation will be provided by Carbondale Main Street.
4. All food and produce vendors must comply with regulations according to the Jackson County Health Department.
5. The Green Fair is a six-month event. A down payment of $140 is required for a contract space. (This fee guarantees a weekly discount of $10.)
A second payment of $140 is due on or before July 1. If the second payment is not made on time, it will be assumed that the contracted space has been forfeited. The vendor will be welcome to participate at the weekly price of $15.
6. All non-contract vendors will pay $15/week.
7. The Green Fair is driven by vendors. Weekly presence can be expected by the customers. Contract vendors are responsible to attend the Green Fair every week. If unable to attend, the vendor is allowed a substitute, for up to three non-consecutive weeks. Any absence after three weeks may result in the vendor forfeiting the space.
8. Food vendors must set up their space by 4:30pm. All vendors must be on site by 4:30pm.
